Terms & Conditions


Delivery Information

Our products are shipped with the company ELTA courier or Speedex. The orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2.00 pm are shipped on the same day. Otherwise they are shipped on the next business day.

The delivery time in Greece is 1-3 business days and in Cyprus and countries of the European Union 4-7 business days.

  • Free shipping for purchases over 50€.
  • For purchases under 50€ shipping costs in Greece are 3€, while cash-
  • On-delivery charges are 2€.
  • Shipping costs for Cyprus are 17€ and the payment is made only by deposit to a bank account or by credit card, whereas for countries of the European Union shipping costs are 20€-30€.

You can pick up your order at our physical store in Thessaloniki, Armenopoulou 29 (Rotonda region) on the following days & hours:

  • Monday -Friday 11.00-20.00
  • Saturday 11.00-17.00

In this case you can pick it up by paying at the store in cash or by card within 5 business days after you place the order. Prepaid orders can be picked up at any time. Non-prepaid orders are cancelled after the 5day deadline.



Product returns and exchanges

In case you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can return or exchange the product within 5 business days from the date of receipt.

In case of exchange you have to pay 5€ upon the receipt of the new parcel for the courier service.

Returns and exchanges are not available for defective or damaged products (except if you received it in a defective or damaged condition).



Return/exchange process

  1. You can inform us about your wish to return-exchange a product (*) via mail: vforvintagestore@gmail.com, by calling us on 69756023546 or via social media. For a refund we will need your ΙΒΑΝ, your account number and the name of the beneficiary.
  2. You should send us the product you wish to return or exchange including the purchase receipt, with ELTA courier and recipient’s charge to the address: V for Vintage, Armenopoulou 29, 54635, Thessaloniki.
  3. As soon as we receive the product and after we check its condition, we will send you a new one or process a refund by bank transfer.

* Discount products are not returned or exchanged.

* For orders in Cyprus & countries of the European Union returns and exchanges are not available.



Fraud policy


We are not responsible for any use of your information or your payment card by third parties. The safety of your cards and your personal information is entirely your responsibility.

In case of fraud (a customer’s registration or purchases) with use of your personal information or payment card, the department responsible is the Cyber Crime Department.



Payment methods

You have the following payment options:

  1. Cash-on-delivery: Paying the full amount of your order to the courier service. The cash-on-delivery cost is 2€
  2. Credit Card: You can pay your order by credit card or debit card.
  3. Deposit to a bank account: You can deposit the full amount of your order to Piraeus bank account. ΙΒΑΝ: GR9001722300005230097887296
    Deposition description: Customer’s full name – Order number The deadline of the deposition is within 2 business days from the day when the order was placed. If the deposition is not made within this time period the order is cancelled.
  4. In-store payment: After placing your order you can receive it and pay at the store in cash or by card. You can pick up your order within 5 days from the day it is placed. If it is not prepaid and after the 5 day deadline the order is cancelled.
  5. IRIS Payments: You can pay the total payment amount of your order through IRIS Payments,

    ► either by scanning the following QR Code with your Smartphone/Tablet,


    ►or by typing the VAT number 148965164 of our company during payment.



Gift card

Do you want to make a gift to your Vintage lover and you don’t know what to choose? Let her/him choose, by buying a gift card with the amount you prefer. The gift card can be redeemed at any time, as there is no expiration date. It can be bought only by credit card or deposition and, after the purchase is completed, it will be sent to your email.
